More About Sportalyse

 Sportalyse is an AI-powered athletic analysis system designed to integrate seamlessly into school environments with minimal setup, fostering a tech-enabled sports culture focused on skill growth and mentorship. The platform modernizes athletic training by tracking player movements in real time during training sessions or competitive games. The project achieved a top-5 finish at the Safe AI Cup (formerly known as STOGOCOMP) 2025.

Serving as the Project Lead Developer, I directed the technical architecture and end-to-end development of the system's software infrastructure:

• Computer Vision Integration: Engineered the core processing pipeline that leverages smart cameras and computer vision models to track, analyze, and grade player movements live during active gameplay.
• Instant Feedback Loop: Developed the user-facing distribution network, allowing athletes to scan a deployment QR code to instantly retrieve automated performance grades, rule violation alerts, and targeted technical tips for improvement.
• Edge Deployment: Optimized the software architecture to run efficiently on lightweight infrastructure, enabling schools to deploy the system across various sporting facilities with minimal hardware overhead.

Beyond the technical engineering, the development focused heavily on driving resource efficiency and modernizing traditional coaching workflows:

• Paperless Workflows: Eliminated the logistical need for traditional paper-based scouting reports and manual, time-intensive evaluations by automating data capture and digital reporting.
• Scalable Mentorship: Structured the telemetry dashboard to provide actionable data insights, allowing coaches to transition from manual stat-tracking to high-value, data-driven mentorship and strategic skill development.
